Resources from The National Archives

With the approaching centenary of the First World War, there has never been a more appropriate time to research this war and the people involved. The National Archives have launched a dedicated First World War portal, bringing together all of The National Archives’ First World War resources in a single place. This portal will develop as they release more plans for their centenary programme.  You can sign up for their newsletter to be kept updated.   There is also a section especially for teachers where you can find help and resources.
