Story start worksheet

Here is a worksheet you may find useful for story starts.  Quite basic and simple, but it may come in handy!

It has been done using the tools from the Forms toolbar in Word, so you can adapt and amend as you need to.  There is a note at the end of the worksheet explaining a little more.
